Sniff First Look: India’s first kid’s action adventure film looks adorable!

Sniff's first look: In the parallel worlds of commercial films and serious films, what we miss is light hearted kids films!

Taare Zameen Par director Amole Gupte is back with yet another adorable looking film, Sniff. The film’s first look is out and it looks very promising. Sniff is said to be India’s first kid’s action adventure film. When it comes to Amole Gupte’s films, be it his direction or a film project he is a part of, we are always ready to welcome the sweetness and the surprises that come along, as a part of the package! This actor, screenwriter, filmmaker is best known for his work in the 2007 film Aamir Khan starrer Taare Zameen Par, which we still remember and dearly love. His previous films like Stanley ka Dabba, Bheja Fry 2 have all successfully managed to strike a cord with the audience. No wonder the his upcoming film sniff will be a delight to watch!

Sniff is an action adventure film for kids where Gupte will be launching Sunny Gill,an eight year old boy, and since Gupte is mostly known for his kids-centric films, we are sure he will carve a star out of this eight year old. The film’s storyline revolves around a young Sikh boy, who is a spy in the making, leading his gang of curios friends.

Kids’ films in India have always seemed to run well at the box office. In the parallel worlds of commercial films and serious films, what we miss is light hearted kids films. And that is exactly why kids’ films like Stanley ka Dabba, Chillar Party, Taare Zameen Par attracts audiences from all age groups. May be that is why when Jungle Book released last year, we all couldn’t help but run to the theatres and relive our childhood days. Needless to say, we all will be waiting for Sniff to come out and have a nice time again!
