WNS Global Services acquires US-based BPO firm Denali Services for US$ 40 million

Mumbai: WNS Global Services has announced the acquisition of US-based business process outsourcing company Denali Sourcing Services for US$ 40 million, which is expected to improve its capabilities in the sourcing and procurement capabilities. Mr Keshav Murugesh, Chief Executive Officer, WNS, has stated that the 200 employees of Denali, including the founders, will be absorbed into the firm after the acquisition. Mr Keshav further stated that the acquisition of Denali Sourcing Services will likely add a strategic procurement capability to WNS's existing finance and accounting solutions. WNS has been working with Denali for the last two and a half years for rendering various services to the clients.
