On Saturday, Toronto Workers scored first innings points thanks to a dominant performance with bat and ball by all-rounder Adrian Chad.
Chad claimed 4-23 from 12 overs of seamers to help dismiss the visitors for 117. He then compiled 102 not out to see Toronto cruise to first innings points and declare at 7-263.
The Kookaburras’ captain Nathan Hudson also impressed, scoring 56 at No 3, while Andrew Jeffrey returned from injury to finish 55 not out at No 9.
Stockton-Raymond Terrace is batting a second time, and will resume this Saturday at 3-40. Chad has 2-5.
