SUV plows into Kitchener townhouse

An SUV crashed into a Kitchener home during Monday morning’s commute around 8:30 a.m.
The collision happened on Fallowfield Drive, near Block Line in Kitchener’s Country Hills neighbourhood.
The vehicle is seen lodged into the townhouse. Multiple fire trucks and police responded.
Police say the crash happened after a woman lost control of her vehicle, panicked, and accidentally hit the gas and not the breaks.
On Twitter, Regional Police said they responded to nine weather-related crashes throughout the morning commute.
