Amala Paul will make her singing debut in upcoming Malayalam flick Achayans directed by Kannan Thamarakkulam. We hear the song, by Ratheesh Vega, is fast-paced, and will be recorded soon. The film is about a road trip that she experiences with her friend, played by Anu Sithara.

Prakash Raj who is acting with Amala, will lend his voice for another number, which is said to be a folk song. Sources said, “It will be a challenging role for Amala and she’ll be seen riding a bullet. Though there are travel elements in the script, it’s not a complete road-film.”
Interestingly, there are rumours that Thiruttu Payale-2 director Susi Ganesan has asked Amala if she could croon a song, but we don’t know if it’ll materialise. In one of the earlier interviews with CE, she had shareded her passion for singing.
