PETALING JAYA: It was tight, but defending champions Muar Badminton Club sealed top spot in the SS Purple League after edging Puchong United 11-8 in their final league match.
Muar, who had already qualified for the knockout rounds at Genting Highlands from Feb 9-12, were in direct competition with Puchong United to finish as table-toppers.
