Victim turns hostile in ‘sexual harassment’ case

A local court on Friday acquitted a resident of Manimajra in a sexual harassment case involving a minor girl after the victim turned hostile. Akash, a resident of Manimajra, had allegedly lured the girl to come with him on pretext of marriage and tried harass her sexually. The case was registered in October last year. The victim, however, turned hostile on the first hearing in the court and the case fell flat.
