Gulshan Devaiah and his wife Kalliroi Tziafeta have been stranded at the Istanbul airport since the last 12 hours - here's why

Actor Gulshan Devaiah and his wife Kalliroi Tziafeta are stranded at the Istanbul airport since the last 12 hours! The reason? A huge snowstorm! Istanbul has been affected heavily by the changing weather over the last couple of days, restricting flight movement in and around the city. Gulshan and his wife, who were enroute to India after a vacation to Greece, have now been stuck at the airport for over 12 hours. As Gulshan revealed on Twitter, "Stuck in #Istanbul airport, all flights cancelled due to snowstorm. Been here over 12 hrs The whole airport is closed #snowstorm." He even went on to even post a video of the scary weather that has gripped Istanbul. The couple had been to Greece to ring in Christmas and New Year. They left for Mumbai from Athens yesterday, but coz of the bad weather they have been stranded at the Istanbul airport. Gulshan was sharing regular updates from his trip throughout this week. From pictures of exotic locales in Greece to home-cooked gourmet meal, the actor and his wife were having a ball of a time until they reached Istanbul. On the professional front, Gulshan was last seen in Richa Chadha's Cabaret. He is now waiting for the release of Konkana Sensharma's A Death in the Gunj, which has won a few accolades at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) already. His wife, on the other hand, is a part of Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat.
