A man in his 20s has been arrested after gardaí caught him driving with no NCT while delivering a "spice box...with extra herbs".
The delivery man was driving a black Nissan Micra through Dublin city when he was pulled over by gardaí - who discovered a quantity of cannabis in some plastic boxes.

A garda spokesman confirmed the cannabis has been seized and the man is due to appear in court at a later date.
