We love to draw style inspirations from celebs but what happens when celebs inspire each other and a much-loved on-screen look is translated off-screen by another celeb? A delight! Pink actress Taapsee Pannu recently pulled off an Anushka Sharma look from ADHM and nailed it to the hilt!

The end of 2016 saw Anushka Sharma bring back the Lucknowi ada and tehzeeb playing the Muslim girl Alizeh in Karan Johar‘s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. The raging song of the season, “The Breakup Song” had Anushka Sharma and Ranbir Kapoor grooving cheekily. Blending a contemporary vibe with the traditional kurta, Anushka’s look in the song was much appreciated, loved all whilst inspiring us strongly to ditch the dainty LBD’s and playsuits for this look. But it’s really something when one celeb draws style inspirations from the other and does justice by nailing the look to the T. What Anushka Wore in ADHM

Manish Malhotra, the quintessential style guru, maintained a traditional vibe with a glamorized twist by blending the conventional kurta with a pair of cropped ripped/distressed denim and ankle skimming booties. The long red kurta is replete with long sleeves, sequins, long tassels, and deep side cuts. The red color is aptly complemented with a chunky statement ring. The soft wavy hair ups the look further. Anushka looks regal with the deep kohled eyes, lending a Mughal era-ish and smoldering vibe to her look. What Taapsee Wore

We all know Taapsee Pannu as the feisty Meenal Arora who won our hearts with her stellar performance in the iconic woman-centric film, Pink. The actor is all set to regale us with her comic antics in RunningShaadi.com where she shares screen space with Amit Sadh and Arsh Bajwa. While her acting game is beyond words, her style game also deserves an applause. The actor has been pretty picky-choosy about the kind of roles she wants to play on-screen, her style game too,  is slowly but steadily climbing the fashion charts. Appearing for an event for Abbott India, Taapsee wore a pink and gold tiered jacket a la kurti style from Myoho with frayed Zara denim. She accessorized her look with mini embossed paan leaf ghungroo earrings by Ritika Sachdeva. Taapsee is a versatile dresser. After wowing us with her black LBD game, she sparked our love for the eternal nine-yard and now this! A classic case of creating a signature style, we absolutely adore Taapsee’s excitement as she twirled and owned the feminine vibe and gave us another crush-worthy look.
