A Four Seasons pop-up is heading to New Orleans

The Four Seasons — the iconic restaurant in the Seagram Building that closed in July, with a number of well-heeled guests jumping into the pool — is popping up in New Orleans.

The spot, run by Julian Niccolini and Alex von Bidder, will be housed in Big Easy restaurant Brennan’s, from Feb. 8 to 11, reports food blog Grub Street.

Original chef Pecko Zantilaveevan will serve dishes.

Meanwhile, Major Food Group’s new restaurant at the Seagram Building will be named the Landmark, short for “the Landmark Rooms.”

Restaurateurs Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi and Jeff Zalaznick, along with partner and landlord Aby Rosen, have been hard at work on the much-anticipated project, due this year.
