THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Home Department has effected a reshuffle of district police chiefs. Arul B Krishna is the new City Police Commissioner in Thiruvananthapuram. Yatheesh Chandra has been appointed as the Kochi City Police Commissioner. K Jayanath is posted as Kozhikode City Commissioner and T Narayanan is the Thrissur City Commissioner.
The new chiefs are Ashok Kumar (Thiruvananthapuram Rural), S Surendran (Kollam Rural), B Ashokan (Pathanamthitta), Muhammed Rafeek (Alappuzha), Venugopal (Idukki), A V George (Ernakulam Rural), N Vijayakumar (Thrissur Rural), Pratheesh Kumar (Palakkad), Pushkaran (Kozhikode Rural), G Shiva Vikram (Wayanad), K P Philip (Kannur) and Simon (Kasargod).
