Police Academy organizes training programme for FPF officers

JAMMU, Dec 31: Sher-I-Kashmir Police Academy Udhampur conducted  one week capsule course from the rank of Dy. Directors of Forest Protection Force.
The main objective of the course was to make all the participant officers well aware about the investigation skills and styles, behaviour and attitude of Forest Protection officers with special reference to public dealing/Role of motivation in conflict situations.
Under the guidance of Director Police Academy, Rajesh Kumar, the course was inaugurated by  Asif Mehmood,  Director Forest Protection Force J&K. The faculty members of Police Academy,  namely Ravinder Kumar Rao, AD(I),  Kamal Sharma, CPO,  Anil Gandotra, Sr PO,  Pankaj Sethi, Sr.PO,  B K  Ganjoo, Dy SP(R&D) and Shamim Ahmed, Inspector,  delivered lectures and shared their valuable experiences on various topics assigned to them.
Through the medium of the training programmes,  the participants were equipped  with the sense of professionalism and making  them capable to respond effectively to the changing social situation.
One week course was validated by  Swarn Singh Kotwal, SSP Commandant JKAP-6th Bn.  Shiv Kumar Sharma Asstt  Director (Admn.) and  Ravinder Kumar Rao, AD(I) course coordinator were also present in the valediction ceremony.
