The Management Board of Capital Park S.A. of Warsaw ("Company") announces that on December 29th 2016 the Company's subsidiary CP Retail Besloten Vennootschap with its registered office at OVERSCHIESTRAAT 186 etage E, 1062XK Amsterdam, Kingdom of the Netherlands, registered with the commercial registry of the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce under entry No. 57914133, made a decision on intended sale, on the secondary OTC market, of up to 140,111 Series B investment certificates ("Investment Certificates") of REAL ESTATE INCOME ASSETS II Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych, entered in the Register of Investment Funds maintained by the Regional Court in Warsaw, 7th Civil and Registry Division, under entry No. RFI 1369, Tax ID Number (NIP) 107-00-36-156 and Industry Identification Number (REGON) 364712721 ("Fund").

The Fund's Assets comprise the Fund's cash, acquired rights and benefits attached to such rights, as well as real properties located in Warsaw, Kraków, Toruń, Olsztyn, Lidzbark and Radom.

The Company believes that information on the decision to sell Investment Certificates may have an effect on prices.
