Founder of the iconic British fashion magazine “VOLT “and a beauty photographer, Rui is currently based in London where he lives and works. He is renowned for the technical prowess & originality of image. Originally from Portugal of Portuguese father and Angolan mother. Educated at the prestigious Museum School of Fine Arts in Boston as well as the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York. Clients include: “Vogue” (Taiwan), “Numéro” (Russia), “Harper’s Bazaar” (US), “Leica S Magazine”, “The Guardian”, “D’Scene”, “Wonderland”, “Wylde”, “Diva” (Austria), “VOLT”, “Glamour” (Germany), “Landmark” (Hong Kong), Urban Retreat, Lipcote, J Shoes, Marks & Spencer, Blessus, Harrods.

Graduating with a First Class Honours in Fashion Promotion and Illustration from the Surrey Institute of Art and Design, Katie Felstead began her career at “British Vogue” in 1998 and soon became a full time member of “Vogue” staff. During her career at “Vogue” she worked with some of the industry’s leading photographers including Patrick Demarchelier, Carter Smith, Horst Diekgerdes, Richard Bush, David Bailey and Karen Collins. In 2007 Katie embarked on a freelance styling career. Building on her extensive and invaluable experience at “Vogue”, her work is polished and modern. She has contributed to titles including “Vogue China”, “Vogue India”, “Vogue Portugal”, “Glamour Germany”, “Flair” and “London’s Sunday Times Style”.
