Army holds medical camp at Trehgam

SRINAGAR, Dec 23: Army today said it along civil medical authorities organized a medical camp at Trehgam area of Kupwara district in which over 600 patients were treated.
A defence spokesman said the day-long camp saw over 600 people from Panzgam, Chowkibal, Alosa, Bapora, Rawatpura, Batpura and Mukam getting benefited from the medical aid provided.
A series of lectures were also conducted under the supervision of Dr Mir Shafi, BMO Karalpora and his medical staff about general health awareness wherein the locals were made aware of the causes and measures to be adopted against seasonal/chronicle diseases, he added.
