VOLUME contracted to rebrand Eldorado Events creatively

VOLUME, a branding and creative agency has recently added Eldorado to its client portfolio. VOLUME created a new brand identity for Eldorado to communicate it’s values and worth to its clients.

Eldorado is an exponentially growing event management company that focuses on organizing and managing high-end events. They plan and organize the event from scratch to finish and are a one stop solution for meeting end-to-end requirements of an event.

The need to evolve Private incorporated in March 2016, Eldorado has experienced tremendous growth in the market. Their unique approach that bridges the gap, between client and consumer, has encouraged huge audience engagement because of its simplicity and effectiveness. Eldorado aims at providing a trouble-free experience on the client side while organizing top of the class events that the consumers can relish. This unique and focused approach led Eldorado to evolve from an 'event management company' to 'a platform to discover & book artists for your LIVE entertainment.' And with that, came a need of upgrading their branding strategy.

Using rebranding to enhance the level of communication between 'A' and 'B'

With our creative team at VOLUME, we were able to upgrade Eldorado by rebranding it, keeping the root values of the company and their work ethics in mind. All the information that they wanted to convey needed to be there in visual media for a quicker exchange of information from 'A' (the company) to 'B' (the client/consumer). We decided to boil things down to their essentials and to keep them all tied together in the final product, so that it would send a message to what the company is all about and why you should go for it.

Implementing strategies

VOLUME started off with designing the new logo that represents the brand ideology and digs into the meaning of 'Eldorado.' The Two E’s (from the name 'Eldorado Events') form a gateway to a place of excitement and joy. The golden color represents the grandeur and the class of this place.

During the creative process of the rebranding, VOLUME followed this with working in three keywords that act as a roadmap to this gate.

The words ' Grace, Grandeur, Guaranteed' speak volumes of what this brand has to offer to its clients. It promotes Eldorado Events as an elite yet approachable brand that assures vivid memories.

With a clearer mission statement and new color-codes, VOLUME revamped their website, making it visually aesthetic and information-oriented. VOLUME also rebranded the stationary and print advertising media for Eldorado.
