    NEW DELHI: Congress vice -president Rahul Gandhi today addressed a rally in Margao,Goa. Continuing his barbs on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Rahul said that he is harassing farmers.

    He accused the government of trying to sabotage the MNERGA scheme. Rahul said the government has divided the nations into two parts. The government is only for one percent'super rich ' people and ignoring the rights of the rest of 99% people.

    Rahul said, "In the last 2 and half years, 1% rich people have acquired 60% of country's money". Speaking on demonetisation Congress VP said that it was an attack on India' cash economy. "Demonetisation is a drama, not an action against corruption and black money",he continued.

    While speaking on black money Rahul Gandhi said," All cash is not black money & all black money is not cash.Demonetisation has targeted the poor, the cash economy of our country". "Narendra Modi did a fire bombing on India's poor people on November 8 without even consulting country's finance minister."Rahul added.

    Rahul also mentioned Vijay Mallaya and Lalit Modi in his speech and said that 1% super-rich people usurped Rs 8 lakh crore from India's banks;When they didn't return money,Centre called it non-performing asset.
