IPS officers shifted

DEHRADUN: The Uttarakhand Police reshuffled the responsibilities of IPS officers here today.

The Uttarakhand Police reshuffled the responsibilities of IPS officers here today.

ADGP (Law and Order) AK Raturi has been given responsibility of Director General (Rules and Manual) and Director (Vigilance). ADGP Ashok Kumar who was Director of vigilance cell will now look after administration, Director (home guards) and Secretary of Police Sports Control Authority. ADGP RS Meena was given responsibility of law and order, and CBCID.

IG Deepam Seth would have additional charge of human rights. IG (Garhwal) Sanjay Gunjyal would be responsible for State Disaster Response Force (SDRF), and Chief Executive Officer of mining cell and Special Task Force. DIG (Law and Order) Pushpak Jyoti would be DIG, Garhwal. DIG (CID) AR Chauhan would be responsible for law and order.
