Rohtak, December 9
A girl student of Meham township in the district has allegedly been raped by five persons, including her maternal uncle and three cousins, during the past three years.
In her complaint with the police, the Class XI student alleged that she was even forced to undergo abortion by her uncle.
A case has been registered against the victim’s uncle Prahlad, cousins Naseeb, Jitender and Deepak, and a youth, Amit, under the POCSO Act and Sections 313 and 34 of the IPC.
The police have initiated investigation.
