Koffee With Karan 5: Aamir Khan follows Salman Khan on as guest; Dangal actor to appear with these female stars

Aamir Khan, who is busy promoting Dangal, will take some time off from his busy schedule to have "Koffee" with Karan Johar. Yes, the actor will appear on the fifth season of Koffee With Karan.

Aamir will attend the show along with his two on-screen daughters. Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra, who play Geeta Phagot and Babita Phogat in Dangal, will share the couch with Aamir. The trio along with the show host Karan will shoot for the show on December 10.

Aamir along with Fatima and Sanya have made several appearances, but this will be the first time they will be seen having a candid conversation. The Dangal special episode of Koffee With Karan will air five days before the movie hits the screens worldwide, i.e. on December 17.

"Unlike last season, this time Aamir will appear solo on the show (joined for a short segment by his Dangal daughters Sanya Malhotra and Fatima Sana Shaikh). It will be aired next Sunday after the episode with Salman Khan and his brothers Sohail and Arbaaz. It makes sense since it's around the time when Aamir's film Dangal is releasing," DNA quoted a source as saying.

While Aamir's episode is yet to be shot, there are several other episodes that have been shot, but it is not sure when the episodes will air. "Several other episodes that have been shot — the ones featuring Sania Mirza-Farah Khan, Shahid-Mira, Kareena-Sonam and Kapil Sharma — are still to be scheduled," the source added.

This Sunday, the 100^th episode of Koffee With Karan will feature Salman Khan and his brothers Sohail and Arbaaz Khan. In the upcoming episodes, viewers will see celebrities like Kareena Kapoor Khan-Sonam Kapoor, Kapil Sharma, Shahid Kapoor-Mira Rajput and Sania Mirza-Farah Khan attending the show. There are also reports that Priyanka Chopra will make a solo appearance, while Deepika Padukone will appear with her xXx: The Return of Xander Cage co-star Vin Diesel. However, there has been no confirmation about the same.
