Unemployed ETT/TET-pass teachers have decided to continue their agitation despite the fixing of a panel meeting with Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal for December 11 to discuss their demands.

“The authorities have assured to fulfil our demands,” said Amarjit Singh Kamboj, president, ETT TET Pass Teachers Union, Punjab.

He added that their dharna in Jaisingh Wala village of Bathinda district has entered its 200th day today.

He warned that if their demands are not accepted in the December 11 panel meeting, they will gherao the ancestral residence of the CM at Badal village and some of them would end their lives there.
