Cops uncover trove of weapons, drugs inside Queens home

Cops conducting a search of a Queens home Thursday morning ended up finding a stash of weapons — including two tiger hook swords — as well as ammo and drugs, officials said.

The officers had obtained a search warrant for a building on 123rd Street near Hawtree Creek Road in South Ozone Park and visited the home at 6:05 a.m., cops said.

While inside, the officers found the swords, a .25 caliber Raven semi-automatic handgun, 11 rounds of ammo for the gun, three rifle-style BB guns, a machete, marijuana and pills, according to police.

Kholwatie Argune, 48, Jason Nero, 21 and Hector Rentas, 20, who live in the building, were all arrested and charged with two counts of criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of marijuana, cops said.

Police did not know the relationship among the trio or have details on why the warrant was initially executed.
