Babes, brawn and bad jokes dominate the new Baywatch trailer, and while fans of the original may disapprove of the movie adaptation of the 90s TV classic, a new wave of viewers seem to be impressed with the two minute trailer.
The film version of the popular TV series has been in production for a year now and now the first full trailer has landed.
In the first official promotional clip we see Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson's character Mitch Buchannon, which was brought to life by David Hasselhoff in the 90s series, confronted by his boss about how the city council is cutting back funding for their team.
Gold medalist Matt Brody, played by a very tanned Zac Efron, is hired as a PR stunt to garner more interest in the team's work, but it doesn't take long until he ends up butting heads with Buchannon, who wants to investigate a dead body found on the beach they work to protect.
I'm kinda ashamed by the fact I was pretty charmed by the #baywatchtrailer I blame The Rock.
