Angola: Border Police Seize Smuggled Fuel Bound for DRC

Mbanza Congo — About 24,000 liters of fuel that was destined for smuggling in the neighbouring Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) was seized Monday in Luvo commune, Mbanza Congo municipality, by the Angolan Border Police (PGFA) ) in the northern Zaire province.

Speaking to the press at the presentation of the product, whose ceremony took place at Luvo's customs post, the commander of PGFA's 3rd unit, Superintendent Delfino Nunda, explained that the seizure is a result of the micro-operations carried out by the Border Police deployed along the border with the DRC.
