The month of December is turning out to be one for weddings. We have Suyyash Rai and Kishwer Merchantt's wedding on December 16 and couples like Mugdha Chaphekar-Ravish Desai, Dimple Jhangiani-Sunny Asrani, Vrinda Dawda-Bhavin and others are getting hitched this month. There is another addition to the list in form of Aman Verma and Vandana Lalwani. Now, these two were set to be married on April 20 this year but the sudden demise of his father stalled their marriage plans. However, now they have decided to marry on December 14. We know that as per Hindu customs no auspicious activity can be conducted at home after the demise of a close relative. As per the norm, they were supposed to wait for a year but they have decided to get married this December. The actor had said that the wedding would be a close-knit affair as he did not believe in pompous weddings. We guess that the ceremony will be an intimate one.

The actor had got engaged in 2015 after his exit from the Bigg Boss 9 house. He had not spoken about his relationship at all inside the house and everyone was taken aback by his sudden engagement. The news got out after he shared their engagement pictures on Twitter. It happened at his residence in Mumbai. Their relationship started from the show Shapath where she played his sister. The actor revealed that she tried to fend him off earlier but they gelled quite quickly on the show.
