While on his two-week royal tour of the Caribbean, Prince Harry announced that his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, is hiring interns. The royal revealed the exciting news on Monday night in Grenada, saying that the new scholarships are being started to give nine young professionals the chance to grow their hospitality skills on one of the world’s biggest stages.

According to Kensington Palace, “Successful applicants for the scholarships will be attached to the Master of the Household’s department in the planning and delivery of all entertaining hosted by The Queen and senior members of The Royal Family. This includes catering in the Royal Kitchen, housekeeping and caring for artwork and furnishings, and front-of-house duties such as greeting guests and serving food and drinks.”

The nine lucky new scholarship recipients will be chosen from each of the Queen’s realms of the Caribbean, and work in the Royal Household for six weeks, ending in the busy Royal Ascot week in June. “These young people will then come home and share their skills and knowledge with others working across hotels and restaurants,” Prince Harry said in a speech, according to People. While hopefuls polish off their résumés—and we lament that we don’t reside in the Caribbean for more reasons than one—we’re thinking up all the reasons why The Queen would actually be an incredible boss.

1. She has decades of experience.

Queen Elizabeth II ascended to the throne at the young age of 25, so she’s doubtlessly seen hundreds of employees under her reign. She surely knows the qualities and skills required for the job, plus the best way to turn new hires into seasoned and trusted hands.

2. She’s an expert corgi trainer.

The Queen is known for her obedient dogs, and even poses with them in photographs. They seem to adore her, so she must be doing something right.

3. She can get Prince George to pose for photographs.

Any boss who can get a 3-year-old to look this adorable in a portrait will have no problem getting her new interns in line.

4. She’s great at multitasking.

As the Queen of the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, Elizabeth knows how to divide her attention equally among her various responsibilities.

5. She loves to host.

During the Queen’s 80th birthday celebrations, she invited 2,000 kids to a children’s party at the Palace. This monarch loves to socialize, so her interns will get plenty of experience in the field.

6. She served as a mechanic in WWII.

Elizabeth was born a princess, but that didn’t stop her from getting her hands dirty as a wartime mechanic in her youth. From a truck driver to a Queen, she knows the importance of working your way up.

7. She’s a record holder.

Queen Elizabeth II is not only the longest-reigning monarch in British history, but has the longest royal marriage, has traveled to the most countries, and has her portrait on the most coinage. She loves to celebrate achievements, which is a great quality to have in a supervisor. Blimey, this Queen must be quite the exceptional boss.
