The National Yuva Cooperative Society (NYCS) will organise ‘GAIL India Speed Star’ talent hunt to bring forth the best runners of the country. The district level selections will be held at Maharana Pratap Sports College on December 18, said NYCS director Gaurav Pandey.

Pandey addressed mediapersons at the Press Club here today. He said the motive behind the event was to find out the best runners so that they could be trained for the 2020 Olympics. Top runners will be selected for the state-level competition and later the best runners will move into zonal and national level, respectively.
