Commander Joint Operations United Kingdom, Lieutenant General Sir John Lorimer on Wednesday acknowledged the sacrifices and achievements of Pakistan Army in fight against terrorism and efforts for bringing peace and stability in the region.

He expressed these thoughts during a meeting with Chief of Army Staff (COAS), General Qamar Javed Bajwa at General Headquarters (GHQ), the Inter-Services Public Services (ISPR) said.

During the meeting, regional security issues and matters of professional interest were discussed, the ISPR stated.
