NASA's top photos from this year are absolutely out of this world
With all that has happened this year down here on Earth, at times it can be hard to remember to keep your chin up and think about what's happening in the great beyond.
And although there is still an unfathomable amount of information we still do not know about the universe, one thing is for certain -- it sure it nice to look at.
From a stunning aurora dancing over Quebec, Canada, all the way out to a star cluster located just under 200,000 light-years away, space has proven itself to be a beautiful place this year.
