ICM Partners has announced the promotions of trainees Nathalie Didier, Chris Horsman, and Justin Ianda to agent.

Didier and Horsman are based in the Los Angeles office and will work in ICM Partners’ talent department while Ianda is based out of the New York office and will join the agency’s global branded entertainment department.

Didier began her career at ICM as an assistant to Toni Howard. She completed the agent trainee program and was promoted to coordinator in 2015 with a focus on television. Didier was accepted into the agent trainee program in 2014.

Horsman joined ICM’s talent department in 2013 and spent his first two years at the company working for co-head of talent Adam Schweitzer. In December 2015, Horsman was promoted to coordinator in the talent department, which is when he also moved to the Los Angeles office. He completed the ICM agent trainee program and serves as a committee member on the ICM Community Partners Foundation.

Ianda joined the agency in 2014 in New York as an assistant and most recently served as a department coordinator for the agency.
