I enjoy the complexity of the fashion and retail category. The industry is constantly evolving and there is immense insight and learning to gain from it.
The weekdays
My work day usually begins at 6am as the sales figures start pouring in from each region across the country. The first hour at work is spent focussing on strategic objectives post which I continue to review key jobs with the team and external partners. The second half of my day is busy with operational activities. I enjoy store visits as they tend to be extremely insightful. I also look forward to working with the design team on product development.
The weekend
The weekend starts with a long run in the morning, which helps me de-stress. I enjoy catching up on the latest films with my family. Also since I’m not originally from Mumbai, we enjoy discovering the city.

My top three favourites are Apple — a brand constantly creating new and exciting consumer categories; Google that invests in technology to build products that will positively affect our future; and Pepe Jeans.
