Fire officials say a $125,000 fire in an east Windsor home started in a futon in the basement.
The Ontario Fire Marshal started an investigation following the fire early Sunday morning on Menard Street.
Smoke was coming from the basement of the house.
One person was treated for minor smoke inhalation in hospital.
