Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Monday were Verizon Communications (VZ), trading up about 0.2% with over 5.6 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Duke Energy (DUK), trading flat on volume of over 2.1 million shares. Windstream Holdings (WIN) is the component faring the best Monday, up by about 5.2% on the day, while Consolidated Comm Holding (CNSL) is lagging other components of the PowerShares DWA Utilities Momentum Portfolio ETF, trading lower by about 3.6%.
