Minister of Municipality and Environment HE Mohammed bin Abdullah al Rumaihi has called for continued work to complete the implementation of mega projects supervised by the Public Works Authority (Ashghal) to support economic, social and development plans in the country.
He also stressed the need to make concerted efforts to fulfil the aspirations of the Emir His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani and the government.
Speaking during a meeting on Sunday with Acting President of Ashghal Abdullah bin Hamad al Attiyah and directors of Ashghal's departments, the minister reiterated the importance of implementing all projects undertaken by Ashghal on time and monitoring their implementation in terms of quality.
He underlined the need to involve Qatari citizens working in the Authority and ensuring their effective participation in the comprehensive development to achieve the objectives of the Qatar National Vision.
