Baltimore Ravens CB Tavon Young leaves with shoulder stinger vs Miami Dolphins

BALTIMORE -- Baltimore Ravens rookie cornerback Tavon Young suffered a left shoulder stinger in Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins.

Young endured the injury making a tackle early in the second quarter and had to be helped from the field. His return was questionable.

Dolphins cornerback cornerback Tony Lippett suffered a possible concussion. He was injured making a tackle on wide receiver Steve Smith midway through the second quarter. Lippett was being evaluated and his return was questionable.
