Kids choose their favourite toons and stars

Today, all roads in the city will lead to the Dabur Red Paste presents Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards 2016 co-powered by Lifebuoy and Choki Choki. The event, which empowered children to vote for their favourites across numerous categories, including Best Actor (Male), Best Actor (Female), Best Bollywood Film, Best Dancer and Best Show on a Kids’ Channel, will see the winners being awarded by the little ones themselves.During the voting process, Nicktoons Dora, Motu Patlu and Shiva travelled across cities encouraging kids to voice their choice. India’s only kids’ award show, curated by Nickelodeon, will be hosted by Manish Paul and Rithvik Dhanjani and will feature performances by Bollywood stars Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt. TV actor Mouni Roy and child actor Akshat will also entertain the audience.
Varun has been rehearsing for the celebrations with the adorable toon Shiva. There will also be a lot of ‘sliming’ in true Nickelodeon style and fun activities on the ‘Orange Carpet’. Kids’ Choice Awards 2016 promises to be one of the most unique award shows of the year.
