DEHRADUN: The Nature Club and Creative Arts Club of the Sardar Bhagwan Singh PG Institute of Biomedical Sciences and Research organised an inter-house competition on its campus on Saturday.

Dehradun, December 4

The Nature Club and Creative Arts Club of the Sardar Bhagwan Singh PG Institute of Biomedical Sciences and Research organised an inter-house competition on its campus on Saturday.

The competition included a floral rangoli, flower decoration, garland making, bouquet making, face painting, best out of waste etc. Along with the above competitions, ‘Hemant Shringar’, a chrysanthemum flower show was also organised in the institute.

The programme was inaugurated by Harinder Pal Kaur, accompanied by Chairman SP Singh, Managing Secretary Dr Gaurav Deep Singh, Director Prof FC Garg and GS Pandey, Chief Conservator of Forest, Uttarakhand.

The first prize in various categories was bagged by the following students:

Floral rangoli- Manish and Nikita

Flower decoration- Virendra and Swati

Garland making- Virendra and Swati

Bouquet making- Virendra and Swati

Rangoli- Sonali and Pushpa

Mehndi- Archana Chaudhary

Card making- Shristi Negi

Collage making- Tanya Goel

Face painting- Bicky Sharma

Salad decoration- Aporva Tiwari

Best out of waste- Shristi Negi
