CK Vineeth has put Kerala into second position and NorthEast United have become the final team to be knocked out of this season’s topsy-turvy league stages. The second half turned out to be pretty fast paced, so much so that even Vineeth’s goal was not a proper confirmation as NorthEast were still attacking.
But the away start looked tired towards the end. It had become an improbable target by then as NorthEast had to score two goals to make it to the semi-finals. Finally, we have a top four this season.
