After waiting for a long period, Subramaniam fell unconscious on the ground. His wife, Thaiyalnayagi not knowing what to do, panicked and asked for help around. Unfortunately, the crowd waiting in the queue didn't come for their aide but someone made a call to the ambulance service.

But by the time, the ambulance arrived, Subramaniam passed away. It was a sorrowful scene to see Subramanian's wife sitting with her dead husband on her lap under the loan counter.

What is more shocking is that, the bank was packed with people but nobody came to help the old couple, not even the bank staff.
