Spies say Bey sat next to Rosario Dawson, while other guests at the exclusive party, accessed through a secret entrance on the boardwalk, were Gucci Mane, Jonathan Cheban, Vito Schnabel and Courtney Love.
Notably absent was Fiat heir Lapo Elkann, who was meant to co-host the bash — but pulled out after being arrested in New York for allegedly faking his own kidnapping.
