LAHORE - Punjab Governor Malik Rafique Rajwana administered the oath to Syed Ali Raza Gilani as provincial minister in a simple but impressive ceremony at Governor House. According to a handout issued by Governor House, Gilani's family members, important personalities and high officials attended the oath-taking ceremony. Gilani was among the 12 ministers, who were recently included in the Punjab cabinet, and could not join the earlier oath-taking ceremony for new ministers as he was abroad.Syed Ali Raza Gilani belongs to Hujra Shah Muqeem area and is the son of renowned parliamentarian Syed Afzaal Ali Shah.

 Gilani had also served as minister earlier.
