Eric Dickerson on Jeff Fisher: ‘Why would you bring him back? Where are the naked pictures at?'

Former Rams player Eric Dickerson and head coach Jeff Fisher have beef. It started when Dickerson told a radio station that he has been banned from the Rams’ sideline (you can read an explainer of their feud here). Since then, the team has tried to resolve the conflict, but Dickerson has announced he won’t go to any more games so long as Fisher is the coach.

Dickerson made an appearance on The Herd recently, and he spoke more about why he believes Fisher should definitely not be brought back as the head coach next year. He also says he feels that he’s the voice of the fans, and he asked where “the naked pictures” that are keeping Fisher employed are at.

Dickerson says:

“I asked Kevin Demoff point-blank last night, I said, ‘So, are you bringing Jeff Fisher back? Does he have an extension?’ He said, ‘We’re talking about it.’ He asked me, ‘What do you think?’ I said, ‘My honest opinion? No. He’s had five years. Five years of losing. Enough is enough. If I’m a fan, I feel like all these Rams fans, I’m their voice. Why would you  bring him back?’ I asked him, ‘Where are the naked pictures at?’ He must’ve got something on someone. Because five years is enough. It really is. You can’t subject all the Rams fans to this for another year. If you brought another coach in, they’d say, ‘OK, no problem. We got a new coach. Something new. We’ll give him the year. We’ll give him some time.'”

Dickerson retweeted the video above, and he has been RTing those tweeting at him and voicing support about what he said about Fisher.

Earlier this week, Fisher said Dickerson is entitled to his opinion, and per the Associated Press, the coach insisted the former player is “still welcome at the Rams’ training complex, inviting him to attend practice or sit in on team meetings.” And based on what Rams COO Demoff has been saying, it’s sounding like Fisher is going to be back for another year, no matter what Dickerson believes.

The Rams face the Patriots on Sunday.
