Chandigarh: Police arrest college student, recover 40 gms of heroin
According to police, a case has been registered in police station Sector 31.

The UT police have arrested a B.Tech. student after a Crime Branch team recovered 40 grams of heroin from his possession. The accused has been identified as Gaurav Jaggi, 20, a resident of Sun City Colony, Ropar.
Police said the recovered heroin is valued at approximately Rs. 2.4 lakhs.
According to police, a case has been registered in police station Sector 31. Police said the accused disclosed during interrogation that he is a B.Tech. student and habituated to consuming drugs for the last three years.
