Telangana PCC and Telugu Desam reports fail KCR

They announced that a dharna would be organised on December 20 to highlight the TRS government's failures.

Hyderabad: Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) and T-Telugu Desam slammed K Chandrasekhar Rao’s two-and-a-half-year rule, alleging that all sections of people are unhappy and his promises remain unfulfilled.

The Congress has decided to celebrate AICC president Sonia Gandhi’s birthday, on December 9, as ‘Telangana Thanksgiving Day’. They announced that a dharna would be organised on December 20 to highlight the TRS government’s failures.

Telangana PCC president N. Uttam Kumar Reddy said the TRS’s rule was totally disappointing and “not a single promise made by the party has been fulfilled in the first half term.”

“It’s a setback for the new state of Telangana. The Congress granted statehood to fulfil people’s aspirations and bring prosperity. But with its misadministration, the TRS has pushed the state backward by many decades,” he alleged.

TD leader Ravula Chandrasekhar Reddy alleged that KCR has destroyed institutions and threw the anti-defection act to the winds.
