 Lucky fans will have a chance to watch live the Uganda Cranes at the AFCON  finals in Gabon after  Cranes official sponsors, Airtel Uganda Limited  on Friday launched a special campaign where they will be able to flew out six fans for the games.

The campaign codenamed 'Tulumbe AFCON' was launched at the Airtel Uganda main headquarters in Kampala.

Apart from flying out the fans, the campaign will also enable other fans win TV sets, brand new smartphones and Uganda Cranes jerseys.

Cranes defeated Comoros 1-0 in September to qualify for AFCON finals after nearly four decades.

The January 14 to February 5 event will be hosted in the towns of Libreville, Franceville, Oyem and Port Gentil.

Uganda opens up the campaign with Ghana on January 17 in Group D before facing Egypt on January 23 in their second game.  They will wind up the group stages with Mali on January 25.

Meanwhile, Uganda will face two opponents they are also vying against for a place in 2018 World Cup: Ghana and Egypt.
