Dressed in a red Patiala salwar-kameez,
Shraddha Kapoor filmed the final sequence of her upcoming romance, the Shaad Ali-directed 'OK Jaanu', in Mumbai with close friend and co-star
Aditya Roy Kapur.
It was a song sequence choreographed by
Vaibhavi Merchant, followed by a crowded street scene near Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus for which the actress changed into a checked shirt-dress while Aditya dressed down in denims and a tee.
The wrap-up was followed by a small celebration on the sets. "Aditya, Shraddha and Shaad cut a cake with the assistants and the filmmaker announced a party at his suburban residence," reveals a source close to the development.
Shraddha and Aditya were more relaxed once they were inside Shaad's apartment, proceeding to belt out chartbusters from their earlier films, from '
Aashiqui 2' and 'Rock On 2'. Aditya gave a commendable rendition of Rajesh Khanna's 'Gulabi Aankhen' from The Train.

The duo was reportedly dating while filming 'Aashiqui 2' in 2012 and called it quits towards the end of 2014. But they continue to be on cordial terms and on Wednesday night they were matching steps with Vaibhavi. The choreographer first shook a leg with Shraddha, and then had Aditya join in. Later, Shaad played AR Rahman compositions from the film and everyone was in high spirits.
"There was also a lot of talk surrounding the film's post-production and dubbing sequences, with Aditya discussing the details with Shaad and his assistants. Shraddha stayed close to her designer and stylist friends," says the source, adding she left the party towards dawn while Shaad saw Aditya off to his car only around 7 am.
