Twitter can prove to be an amusing space with everything from news and opinions to jokes floating around. So when Juhi Chawla decided to have a good laugh, she asked people on Twitter to share jokes with her and she’ll retweet the best ones. Guess what, her 1.72 million followers happily obliged and flooded her with hilarious ones.

“Share the funniest joke you’ve heard with me and I will RT them and a surprise for the best 3 jokes. Try to get as funny as you can!” she tweeted.

Now we’re not sure what triggered the thought and the contest, maybe she just wanted to laugh out loud and knew well there’s no better place than Twitter for it because many on the micro-blogging site have mastered the art of being witty, sometimes even on the most serious issues.

No one knows if the best three have been decided yet but she has certainly been retweeting the ones that probably made her laugh.

NIA arrests accused in UK Indian embassy attack last year

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Thursday said they have arrested a man, a resident of the UK, in connection with the violence at the Indian High Commission in London during a protest last year. The accused, identified as Inderpal Singh Gaba, has been arrested for carrying out unlawful activities during the protests that took place on March 22, 2023.
