KUALA LUMPUR: A city in the western province of Guizhou in China has signed three memorandum of understanding with industry players in Malaysia to boost exchanges in trade, tourism and culture.
Representatives of the Liupanshui city government pledged to promote closer cooperation with their Malaysian counterparts for mutual benefit.
