Ahsan Khan Chowdhury has been appointed as the new chairman and chief executive officer of PRAN-RFL Group, said a news release.
Board of directors of PRAN-RFL Group made the unanimous decision recently. Earlier, Ahsan was the deputy managing director of the group.
Ahsan is the son of late Amjad Khan Chowdhury, who founded the group in 1981. Amjad was the CEO of PRAN RFL Group till his death.
Mahtabuddin Ahmed, chairman of PRAN-RFL Group, passed away on July 14.
Ahsan, 46, joined his father’s business in 1992 after completion of his studies in USA.
